Source material was given to me by a friend whos father worked in dermotology. Found a C-1 Library of Congress National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped tape machine at a flea market. Played at a speed of less than 1/2 of 1.78th's inches per second of tape and remastered until the tape was physically destroyed.
